NYT: TRUMP LIED TO OBTAIN DEUTSCHE BANK LOANS… The New York Times reported yesterday that Deutsche Bank knew Donald Trump lied about his net worth and the worth of his real estate assets to obtain loans from the bank between the late 1990s and 2016. According to the report, Trump claimed in 2005 that he was worth around $3 billion when the bank found he was actually worth about $788 million. Five years later, bank officials learned he was likely inflating some of his real estate assets by up to 70 percent. The bank approved loans despite Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts defaulting on “hundreds of millions of dollars” worth of bonds that the bank sold in 2003. Trump reportedly also claimed he couldn’t pay back a loan in 2008 because of the financial crisis. Deutsche Bank officials say the bank is cooperating with investigations by the New York attorney general and two congressional committees.

ELLIOTT BROIDY’S OFFICES RAIDED LAST SUMMER… ProPublica reported yesterday that federal investigators raided the offices of former Republican National Committee national deputy finance chair Elliott Broidy last summer and sought documents related to his work with foreign officials and Trump associates. The raid was the result of a sealed search warrant that centered on conspiracy, money laundering and illegal lobbying for foreign officials, the report said. Broidy resigned from the RNC last year after he was accused of making $1.6 million in hush-money payments to a former Playboy model with whom he had an affair.

The letter alleged that Yang’s access to Republican figures could enable her and others to “acquire potential material for blackmail or other even more nefarious purposes.”

FBI NABS MOST-WANTED FUGITIVE… Authorities revealed yesterday that one of the FBI’s most wanted fugitives was captured and arrested in Harris County, Texas, on Monday. Harris County deputy sheriffs took him into custody after receiving a tip about his whereabouts.
